Tina Cali worked with us to sell our condo in Riverdale. Before coming to take pictures of the condo to list, she already had a cash buyer in mind and preemptively called us to let us know. She showed the property the next day: we came up with a price, let her know and she put together a sales agreement and we signed it the next day. The day after the showing, we were already under contract. Tina let us know all of the requirements needed to sell the property, such as the CCO instructions and forwarding that paperwork to the respective attorneys. She kept an open line of communication throughout the entire process. She was always willing and able to answer any questions we had as well as assist where needed. Tina Cali is well known in the Riverdale, NJ area generally and I had a preexisting relationship with her helping me to find tenants for the property that I listed.

Tina had to deal with me, a remote seller in another state, a pre-existing tenant heavily pregnant and leery of people looking at the premises and then she still sold the place, but unfortunately that first deal fell through because the buyers' buyer fell through, so essentially she had to sell the place again, and she did, and then she deftly maneuvered to mollify seller concerns regarding permits etc.

Tina communicates effectively and I was in the loop on everything.

Without question I can honestly say that but for Tina Cali's efforts, this place ultimately would not have closed, I can say that she single handedly assured that this place ultimately did close.
